Many of us cite the excuse that we don’t have enough time to get fit for golf and that our lifestyles get in the way too much.
Strength and conditioning coach, Jamie Greaves, has collated some great exercise routines that you can do while you simply wait for the kettle to boil. By getting into some more effective daily habits you will see some real improvements out on the course.
1. Why little and often works best
2. Make your stretching more manageable
3. Fire up your upper body in an instant
4. Improve your hip rotation
5. Work on your planes of motion
