The body likes motion and yet many of us spend large chunks of our days sitting at our desks. But we don’t have to be perfectly still all day, we can still work on our mobility and range of motion while we are at work and, better still, we can really put the hours in to helping with our strength and flexibility throughout the working week.
Here are some simple exercises to help challenge your upper body.

Jamie is a strength and conditioning coach who specialises in training golfers.
