I became hooked on golf at the age of 13 after participating in a golf activity week at school. After joining the junior section at Altrincham Golf Club and latterly at Ringway Golf Club I quickly got my handicap down to scratch. Having turned pro in 2009 I played regional based satellite tours for two years, I then completed the PGA Foundation Coaching Degree in 2014, finishing 6th out of 300+ students for coaching and academic achievement (Titleist Awards). I have 3 professional victories, highlights include playing in Final Open Qualifying at Princes Golf Club in 2011 and qualifying for The British Par 3 Championship in 2012. I regularly compete on the PGA North Region Circuit. In recent years I have been a regular on the Radio City Talk Golf Show - giving thoughts and opinions on various golf topics including The Ryder Cup and The Masters. Based at Northenden Golf Club in South Manchester. A picturesque parkland course along the banks of the River Mersey.
