Mark James - Golf Lessons

I am a PGA Coaching Professional based at West Hove GC, in Sussex. I turned professional in 2011 and I have always had a passion for the game since taking it up late in my teenage years. I have developed my own game by competing around the world on numerous tours and coaching provides me the opportunity to share my practical knowledge, theoretical insights and in depth understanding of the golf swing. My top priority is for my clients to reach their goals and understand the process it takes to get there. My approach to instruction is straight forward and fact based. I believe it is important for my clients to know what needs to be done and, more importantly, how to do it. I do have a passion for short game, specifically wedge play, by helping players add more shots to their toolbox. It is something that I turned from a weakness into a strength having played a lot of tough tour courses over the years. I also have a keen interest in golf fitness purely because it was something that I did day in day out when competing and I really do think this is an area of the game that amateurs can really see some significant change and quickly! Golf is a wonderfully complex game and a game you can learn new things every day. Through the process of lessons and online help I can help you become a more self reliant golfer and understand your own swing.
