Samuel Hughes - Golf Lessons

Sam turned professional in 2005 and arrived at Stockwood Vale with a stellar coaching career. He spent a number of years in Charlotte, NC, USA where he coached at UNC Charlotte which compete at the highest level of college golf in the United States. Prior to Sam's move to the USA, Sam was Lead Coach for England Golf South West U18s, the Somerset Boys squads and also the Gloucester Boys squads. From 2005 to 2015 Sam was based at Saltford Golf Club where he set up and owned the driving range and also helped develop one of the most successful junior sections in the region. Sam has experience working with elite golfers who have won on the European Tour, Seniors Tour, International and National amateur titles. Sam's players have also represented their club, county and country as well as competing in the Walker Cup, the Curtis Cup and the Ryder Cup. Throughout Sam's career he has always enjoyed teaching and mentoring golfers from the grass roots through to reaching their full potential on the golf course.
