Aaron is an Advanced PGA Professional and has been in the golf industry for 20 years, 13 of those years with East Midlands Golf Academy, based at Morley Hayes, Derby. Aaron has an insatiable appetite for learning and will go to great lengths to make the golfers' experience a positive one regardless of their goals. He has recently completed a Masters's degree in Sports coaching at the University of Birmingham, being one of only a handful of coaches worldwide to conduct biomechanical research in golf, focusing on the short game. Aaron has also launched his own training aid brand Golf Air-Plane training.
