About Gareth
I am the Head Teaching Professional at Abbeydale Golf Club and enjoy teaching players of all abilities. My aim is always to help you achieve your own personal goals (whatever they may be) and to tailor lessons and programmes to meet your personal needs. I am a PGA advanced professional and Yorkshire County coach. No two players are ever the same and I aim to find the best way for each individual to improve their golf.
I have a wealth of experience and knowledge through both my own playing career and years of coaching and studying the game of golf. I can offer lessons on the course, shortgame area, outdoor hitting area or in our state of the art studio. Technology available to you includes: GC Hawk, Flightscope, Boditrak, Capto putting and V1 Video. All players will receive a video summary of their lesson for future reference.
I also offer group tuition and 'masterclass' sessions by prior appointment as well as an extensive junior coaching programme which I run alongside my fellow Abbeydale Coach Tom Perry.
