Whether trying to break 100, 90, 80 or 70, Ben Frost offers individual lessons and programmes to help you achieve your goals. With over 20 years experience and having held senior coaching positions at golf resorts abroad as well as here in the UK at the PGA National Golf Academy, Ben has specialised in reducing golfers scores in the easiest and quickest way possible through a combination of technical improvements and skill development at the range and teaching perfect strategy and simple mental techniques for the course.
