- We’ll start by discussing what you’re looking to get out of lessons
- You can bring your own clubs or borrow some for the lesson
- We’ll take a look at your current swing, even if you’ve never swung a club before, and discuss what could be worked on
- We’ll go through practice routines you can do at home between lessons
- We’ll create a plan for the next few lessons
About Craig
I was one of the first to qualify with honours as a PGA professional through the foundation degree programme at The Belfry. During my time as a professional I have used my knowledge and skills to help golfers of all levels of golfers from the complete beginner to the Professional golfer. I take a very open approach into every golf lesson and will work with the individual to find a technique/style that is best suited to them along with applying the key fundamentals. I have won several awards for my work in recent years including The Golf Foundations Burroughs and McKenzie awards, Toby Sunderland PGA award 2012 and Midlands PGA Professional of the Year 2013. I achieved Fellow professional status in 2013 and was voted in the UK Top 50 coaches. I have also worked with a number of Olympic and Paralympic athletes and Ladies European tour players. I have a passion for developing golfers with a disability and work very closely with local and nation Disability Groups to help increase participation by disabled people. I like my lessons to feel that he is more than just a golf coach and is someone that can be confided in and is approachable and will therefore always endeavour to maintain communication with his lessons.
