What to Expect

  • We’ll start by discussing what you’re looking to get out of lessons
  • You can bring your own clubs or borrow some for the lesson
  • We’ll take a look at your current swing, even if you’ve never swung a club before, and discuss what could be worked on
  • We’ll go through practice routines you can do at home between lessons
  • We’ll create a plan for the next few lessons

About Gavin

Like many of my peers I came to golf through playing the game and that is something I still love to do. I quickly moved in to a coaching role during my early years as a PGA Professional and as I regularly work on my own game my thirst for knowledge and well researched information was and still is, my passion. After 13 years in my first PGA Club Professional role at Naas GC I took over the Club Professionals Position at Dun Laoghaire Golf Club in South Dublin in 2020. Dun Laoghaire has some of best facilities in all of Ireland with 27 Holes, 3 Acres of shortgame areas, a 13 Bay Driving Range, Fully Equiped Gym and Trackman Coaching and Fitting Studio. A large club with over 1850 members and with these facilities we promise to offer our members and guests a unique coaching and fitting experience.
