I have been teaching golf for over 35 years and am currently the Head PGA Teaching Professional at Eaton Hill Golf Centre Tarporley Cheshire where I have been for the last 9 years. Prior to this for 20 years I was the Head PGA Teaching Professional at Alvaston Hall Hotel and Country Club Nantwich Cheshire where I invented and developed under the Warner Holidays brand one of Europe's largest and successful residential golf schools. I started my career at Hill Valley Golf & Country Club winning various scratch amateur tournaments, County Foursomes Champion twice topped by winning The Midland Open (recognised National Event), Midland Close and Midland Under 22 Championships. On turning professional in my first year I became Midland Assistants Champion and within a few years amassed 37 Pro-Am wins, leading money winner Midlands PGA, County Open Champion. 3 times County Professional Champion, Tamsel Tour Champion of Champions, scored a 59 in a PGA Pro-Am tournament and winner of the largest European Pro-Am in Spain beating a host of Ryder Cup players and European Tour Pro's. I teach a massive database of golfers of all abilities on all aspects of the game covering putting, bunkers, short game, long game and course playing lessons. My philosophy is to keep things simple and understandable using swing video software analysis together with optional launch monitor ball tracking and a clear two way communication. My aim is to teach each person as an individual based on their flexibility, ability and understanding. I also teach a number of high calibre amateur golfers and tournament professionals and most recently provided tuition to a former world number one tournament professional.
