Ian Muir - Golf Lessons

My career experience has grown from my childhood hobby and dream of becoming a Professional Sportsperson. Now working 30 years professionally within the sport I still love what I do. There is always something new to figure out, and at the rapid pace of sport, there is always something new. My energy and passion for life come with me on a day-to-day basis. I love to learn and find it really refreshing when a teammate comes in with a fresh perspective or a student challenges my thinking. Throughout my career, I have continued my development by completing the Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Coaching at the University of Birmingham and hold both the UKCC Level 3 and Level 4 qualifications. ? Whilst I take pride in doing a little bit of everything I enjoy and have had success, working with performance players within National Squads and through to the Men?s and Ladies European Tour. ? In addition to developing talent within Golf, I am being fascinated with human performance and have worked across a network of performance programs in Golf, Snowsport, Swimming, and Netball to assist in the evolution of their pathway systems sharing best practice, together with cross-sport benchmarking and applying research and innovation.
